Labeling oneself is always tough, most likely because nobody wants to think that they can be summed up with a single term.

Primarily I am a film school graduate, looking to become either a writer, director, editor, or some combination thereof.  Soon, you will see some of my work as a filmmaker hosted on this site.  I’ve worked internships at Valhalla Motion Pictures and Intrepid Pictures.  I am also a media obsessive, most of my free time is spent in taking in as many movies, television shows, books, comics, and music as I can possibly digest, and learning as much about all of the above as possible.  Consequently, the conversation and discussion that fascinates me most usually has some connection with one of the previously mentioned subjects, you will most likely see that reflected in this blog.

Currently, I’m working a rather mindless part time job as a Content Researcher at a company called Internet Brands.

I often identify myself as a writer, and one of the main goals of this blog is to commit myself to posting some sort of creative work here on a regular basis to be named at a later point.  I am considering doing a weekly “200 Words” piece inspired by a column writer Paul Dini does over at iFanboy.com.  Make sure you take a look at the catagories of the blog to sort out the creative pieces, or any other subject you find most interesting.

Finally, I am a photographer.  I have been taking photographs as a hobby since high school, and have developed a modest portfolio since then.  I hope to post some of the highlights on this page as well.  I have worked part-time at Ritz Camera and Image, so cameras and photography have become a pretty big part of my life.  If you are in need of a photographer or a videographer for any weddings, parties, or other events, I am available for hire, please contact me for more information.
