i also love it when they ask if you have a product and you put them on hold to check. you come back and answer their questions and they then proceed to ask if you have another product. they usually do this three or four times. one product at a time. and i always feel rude asking them to express all their needs at once. i think it is not possible.

I too work in retail and i have found out several universal truths;
1) People are stupid
2) most over the phone have the intelligence of a bucket of dirt
3) almost all are annoying
4) they will ask 50,000 questions waste your time and then buy it online (assholes)
5) they couldn’t find your store if there life depended on it
6) the couldn’t find their own ass with two hands and their ass!
7) did I mention people are stupid?
